Job Description

Assists with maintenance and preparation of corporate financial plan creation for budgets and forecasts. Assess financial performance against target, including risks and opportunities to the Plan. Provides monthly variance reporting, trending, projections, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis to support business decision makers. Works with business area leaders to achieve desired results. Provides support for journal entries to close the books.Capable of developing automated internal reporting and presentation for senior management. Performs financial and ad-hoc analysis as requested. Develops recommendations and alternatives to meet objectives. Monitors results versus plan and works with business leaders to achieve desired results.

Job Qualifications

4-6 years experience in financial planning and/or accounting or related fields
Experience working with senior executives individual and team basis
Energy company experience
MBA or CPA/CFA
