Job Description

Inspect and service all building mechanical equipment according to recommended maintenance intervals. Repair interior and exterior building damage. Perform service on all electrical systems and equipment according to recommended maintenance intervals. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical system breakdowns. Replace systems when necessary. Paint interior and exterior of structures. Perform carpentry work. Service and repair security readers and gates. Service and repair CNG equipment and air compressors. Operation of building EMS system. Federal CFC universal certification. Perform other special projects related to physical plant repair and maintenance.

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of performing building maintenance or the equivalent.

  • Must be certified to operate company forklift.

  • Must be available to work overtime.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and/or other special licenses/certifications.
