
Production Baker II
Keep a professional overall presentation, by modeling friendly, respectful and business-appropriate communication with coworkers and customers. Ensure proper hand-washing and hygiene to protect food safety. Ensure compliance with health, food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a sense of urgency, high intensity, attention to detail and organized workspace. Demonstrate proper and safe use of all tools and equipment: Knife, Bread Slicer, Microwave, Scales, Proofer, Oven and Freezer and Walk-In Refrigerator. Keep up with product demand using Case Commitment Sheet. Rotate and keep product organized in freezer/walk-in refrigerator using FIFO method. Follow all standards for stocking, rotating and sorting products. Maintain a clean and stocked Production area by performing routine cleaning.
Food Service or Retail experience preferred, not required.
Food Handler Certificate/Card (Must have 2 weeks of hire).
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
