1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store by regularly stocking and organizing shelves, cleaning spills and debris, and ensuring that all aisles and displays are well-maintained.
3. Assist customers with their purchases by bagging items, carrying groceries to their cars, and providing information about products and store policies.
4. Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed, including rotating and facing products to ensure freshness and attractiveness.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
6. Uphold company standards for customer service by consistently providing a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and coworkers.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
8. Assist in the checkout process by bagging items, operating the cash register, and processing returns and exchanges.
9. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to assist customers in finding the best deals.
10. Work collaboratively with the rest of the store team to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
