1. Oversee all operations of the dairy department, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels of dairy products.
2. Ensure all dairy products are fresh, high-quality, and meet company standards.
3. Create and maintain an inviting and organized department for customers to shop in.
4. Train and supervise a team of dairy department employees, including scheduling, performance management, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
5. Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
6. Collaborate with other department managers to plan and execute promotions and displays to increase sales and promote new products.
7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all health and safety regulations and company policies.

11. Monitor and analyze department sales, expenses, and profits, and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals.

13. Continuously seek ways to improve department efficiency and productivity.

15. Train and educate staff on product knowledge and customer service strategies.
