  1. Develop and implement regional and field marketing strategies in alignment with overall company objectives.
  2. Create and manage annual marketing budgets for assigned regions.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition within assigned regions to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with sales, merchandising, and operations.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of field marketers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, community partners, and internal teams.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  9. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  10. Track and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer engagement, and ROI, to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Travel to assigned regions as needed to provide support and oversee marketing activities.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on regional and field marketing initiatives and results.
