1. Manage and maintain the schedules of the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Stores Officer, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as a liaison between the CMO and CSO and other departments, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed.
4. Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests for the CMO and CSO, and handle or delegate them appropriately.
5. Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives, and present findings to the CMO and CSO.
6. Coordinate and organize events, both internally and externally, on behalf of the CMO and CSO.
