Manage new vendor set up, submit invoices for vendor payment and act as a liaison for vendor to resolve issues as needed. Review and coordinate all external vendor correspondence (e.g. invoices, statements and other materials) Perform reconciliation of vendor aging statements to minimize past due payables. Prepare appropriate accruals and reclasses for monthly IT spend and provide details to Accounting on prepaid expenses and other deferred expenses. Create annual capital budget with IT Leadership team and adjust forecast monthly. Provide capex policy oversight for all IT projects, coordinate completion of Workday Projects capital responsibilities and submit assets to Accounting when complete. Create annual operating expenses budget with IT Leadership team, and adjust forecast quarterly. Assist manager in building financial models to support accurate planning and influence decision making.
