  1. Lead and manage the service departments, including customer service, cashiers, and front end operations.

  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.
  5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  7. Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and busy periods.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with team members to review performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  11. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  12. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture through leading by example and fostering teamwork.
  13. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Communicate effectively with other departments and upper management to address any issues or concerns.
