We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store provides exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of operational efficiency.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of customer service operations in the store.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Train and develop team members on customer service skills and procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive customer experience.
  5. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance service.
  9. Manage and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and support during peak hours.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  13. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
  14. Handle cash management and oversee cashiers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  15. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on service performance.
  16. Lead by example and uphold company values and standards of excellence.
