Welcome to Sprouts Farmers Market - where healthy living is made easy! We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Store Schematics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores are set up for success by creating and maintaining accurate and efficient store schematics. As a key member of our store operations team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the shopping experience of our customers.   1. Create and maintain accurate store schematics to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and department heads to understand store layout and product placement needs.
  3. Utilize store merchandising guidelines and company standards to create visually appealing and customer-friendly store layouts.
  4. Update and revise store schematics as needed to accommodate new products, promotions, and seasonal changes.
  5. Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with schematics and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate product placement and inventory levels.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with store layouts that may affect sales or customer experience.
  8. Communicate any updates or changes to store schematics to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve store schematics to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for store layout and merchandising.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on store schematics and merchandising guidelines.
  12. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of store schematics and layouts.
  13. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment with store schematics.
  14. Ensure all merchandising and display materials are properly utilized and maintained.
