- Design, implement, and maintain complex systems to ensure availability and stability for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Work closely with the development team to implement new features and enhancements to our systems.
- Monitor system metrics and implement proactive measures to prevent any potential issues.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns related to system reliability.
Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading Large-Scale Production Environments, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Expertise In System Administration, Networking, And Automation Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technologies And Experience With At Least One Major Cloud Provider (E.g. Aws, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Highly Available And Scalable Systems, With A Focus On Reliability And Performance.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
