Analyst - Quality Assurance
Key position for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise reporting directly to the Senior Director, Business Processes. Will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation. Will create, enhance, and execute the ability to provide a quality assurance program model for an end to end quality control enterprise concept. The goal is to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the organizational processes and procedures, identify wasted efforts, improve quality and reduce errors while ensuring proper controls across the enterprise.
Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt preferred, advanced experience in lieu of credentials required
At least 5-7 years proven business process improvement experience from a similar role
Understand data processing applications, quality control standards
