Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to serve as the Associate Dean of Executive Education at Stanford University. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving the development and success of executive education programs at a world-renowned institution. The successful candidate will be a leader who is committed to ensuring Stanford's executive education initiatives remain innovative and successful.The Associate Dean of Executive Education must possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing executive education programs and must be prepared to develop and implement strategies to further enhance the University's executive education programs. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in executive education, including a solid understanding of executive education program delivery and design. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a master's degree or higher in a related field.
