Job Description

Stanford University is looking for an experienced and personable Disability Adviser to join our team. As a Disability Adviser, you will provide support to students with disabilities and ensure their rights and accommodations are being upheld. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape the disability services landscape at Stanford University.To be successful in this role, you must have at least three to five years of experience providing guidance and support to individuals with disabilities. You must be comfortable with working in a large, complex environment, and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Additionally, you must be knowledgeable of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws.You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team to provide students with a range of services that encompass academic, career, and wellness support.
