Science Writer and Communications Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Science Writer and Communications Specialist to join the Stanford University team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and accurate content that shines a light on the work of our researchers, faculty, and students. You will craft compelling stories that capture the imagination of our readers, drive engagement, and inspire action.This is a full-time, on-site position at Stanford University. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Journalism, Communications, or related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in writing, editing, and/or communications. They should have a demonstrated track record of creating inspiring and impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
