Look no further, as Starbucks is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Global Product Safety & Quality team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and ensuring the highest standards for our products.   1. Provide administrative support to the Global Product Safety & Quality team, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  2. Maintain and organize important documents and records related to product safety and quality.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate communication within the team and with cross-functional departments.
  4. Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for product safety and quality processes.
  5. Help ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements related to product safety and quality.
  6. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and problem-solving within the team.
  7. Assist in the organization and execution of product safety and quality trainings for employees.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and processes related to product safety and quality.
  9. Support the team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies to enhance product safety and quality.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, such as government agencies and suppliers, in regards to product safety and quality inquiries.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to product safety and quality.
  12. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and materials.
  13. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment within the team and across the company.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure the success of product safety and quality initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Administrative Support Roles, Preferably In A Global Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Product Safety And Quality Regulations And Standards.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Systems Quickly.
