Partner with leadership to develop a comprehensive approach to Talent aligned to business strategy and future workforce needs. Lead organizational effectiveness strategies and talent and performance management for region. Work shoulder-to-shoulder as a business partner and thought leader, seizing opportunities and driving priorities. Leverage data and insights to assess and drive action to elevate customer and partner experience. Inspires partners to emotionally connect to and embody our Mission & Values. Ensures inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility are integrated into talent practices at all levels. Serves as a balanced advocate for all partners. Leads with a growth mindset. Acts as a catalyst for change – sees opportunities and drives improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Progressive experience providing human resources management services in a high-growth environment

  • Advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders in the design, development, and execution of human resources strategies and initiatives

  • Human resource specialist in staffing, compensation, benefits, and employee relations preferred

  • 9+ years of related experience
