Minimum Of 3 Years Of Previous Management Experience In A Retail Or Hospitality Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Management And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Financial Reports.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Team Members And Higher Level Management.
