
Global Responsibility Advisor

- Develop and implement sustainable strategies and initiatives in alignment with Starbucks' values and mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible practices into business operations, including supply chain, store operations, and community engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and responsible business to continuously improve Starbucks' impact.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ethical and responsible business practices, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and suppliers, to drive positive change and promote responsible practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with responsible business standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate Starbucks' sustainability efforts and results to internal and external audiences through various channels, including reports, presentations, and events.
- Lead and manage projects related to responsible business, including setting goals, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring progress.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and other events to share insights and learnings on responsible business practices.
- Train and educate employees on responsible business practices and their importance in achieving Starbucks' goals.
- Foster a culture of responsibility and sustainability within the organization by promoting awareness and engagement among employees.
- Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to responsible business and ensure compliance throughout Starbucks' operations.
- Support crisis management and risk mitigation efforts by providing expertise in responsible business practices.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate in responsible business practices and contribute to Starbucks' overall mission of positive change in the world.
Bachelor's Degree In International Relations, Sustainable Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Social Responsibility Or Sustainability, Preferably In A Global Company.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Sustainability Issues And Frameworks Such As The Un Sustainable Development Goals And The Global Reporting Initiative.
Ability To Develop And Implement Sustainability Strategies And Initiatives, Including Stakeholder Engagement And Supplier Sustainability Programs.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Across Different Cultures And Regions.
