  3. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.

  5. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources while maximizing ROI.

  7. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines across all marketing channels and materials.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously improve and innovate marketing strategies.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of purpose and belonging among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Marketing Management Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
