Job Description

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple Starbucks stores, including inventory management, customer service, and team performance.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of baristas and shift supervisors to maintain high standards and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Ensure all store procedures and policies are followed, including food safety and cleanliness standards.
  4. Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement strategies for improving store efficiency and productivity.
  5. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and take action to address any areas of improvement.
  6. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify any areas of improvement.
  8. Communicate effectively with store managers and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of store operations.
  9. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for new products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  11. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  13. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new and existing team members.
  14. Participate in company meetings and provide updates on store operations and team performance.
  15. Uphold the Starbucks brand image and values, inspiring and nurturing the human spirit in every interaction with customers and team members.
