  1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Train and supervise store team members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation to uphold brand standards.
  4. Identify areas for improvement in store operations and work with management to implement solutions.
  5. Collaborate with other store leaders to create and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  6. Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and functioning.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  8. Assist in creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of labor.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered in order to effectively assist customers and train team members.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  13. Participate in hiring and training new team members as needed.
  14. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
