  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of Starbucks stores and uphold the brand's high standards and values.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Starbucks locations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  4. Train and develop store managers and other team members on operational procedures, customer service standards, and brand values.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local and federal regulations.
  8. Manage and optimize store budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets.
  9. Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise and take appropriate action to prevent future occurrences.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in consumer preferences to continuously improve the Starbucks customer experience.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  12. Represent Starbucks at community events and participate in community initiatives to enhance brand awareness and support local communities.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure their growth and development.
  14. Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  15. Embody Starbucks' mission, values, and culture and act as a role model for all team members.
