In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our store managers and leaders by providing strategic HR support and guidance. As a member of our Partner Resources team, you will play a critical role in shaping our culture and driving business success.   1. Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for store managers and leaders on all HR-related matters.
  2. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to help drive business success and align with company goals and values.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and inclusive culture.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins with store managers to understand their needs and provide support and resources to address any HR-related challenges.
  5. Advise and assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  6. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new store managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  8. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to help inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Collaborate with the Partner Resources team to develop and deliver training programs for store managers and leaders.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Starbucks, promoting our values and culture within the company and in the community.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  12. Serve as a role model for Starbucks' mission and values, leading by example in all interactions with employees and partners.
  13. Proactively identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Embrace and promote a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that all HR initiatives and programs align with the needs of our customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
