- Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for store managers and leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to help drive business success and align with company goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive and inclusive culture.
- Conduct regular check-ins with store managers to understand their needs and provide support and resources to address any HR-related challenges.
- Advise and assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new store managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to help inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Partner Resources team to develop and deliver training programs for store managers and leaders.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Starbucks, promoting our values and culture within the company and in the community.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Serve as a role model for Starbucks' mission and values, leading by example in all interactions with employees and partners.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide innovative solutions to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Embrace and promote a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that all HR initiatives and programs align with the needs of our customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
