Job Description

  1. Develop and implement company-wide ethics and compliance initiatives.
  2. Create and manage effective learning and communication strategies to promote ethical behaviors.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and promote integrity within the organization.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ethics and compliance programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ethics and compliance.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on ethical issues and concerns.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry associations.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs on ethical behaviors and compliance policies.
  10. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  11. Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  12. Represent the Ethics and Compliance department in internal and external meetings and events.
  13. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity throughout the organization.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness and make recommendations for future initiatives.
  15. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of team members within the Ethics and Compliance department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Areas Of Learning And Communications, Ethics, And Compliance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ethics And Compliance Principles And Practices, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Learning Programs And Communications Strategies For Large Organizations.
