  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive success across the global organization.
  2. Oversee financial planning and analysis activities to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
  5. Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.

  7. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Identify and mitigate financial risks, and make recommendations for risk management strategies.
  12. Continuously assess and improve upon financial controls and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  14. Represent Starbucks in financial discussions with external partners and vendors.
  15. Communicate financial performance and updates to the senior leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Financial Strategy For A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Analytical Skills.
