As a Store Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are not just a place to grab a cup of coffee, but a destination where customers can escape, connect, and be inspired.   1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Starbucks brand and its values, and ensure that all store designs align with these principles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and captivating store designs that enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to assess design needs, gather feedback from customers and partners, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all stores.
  6. Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into store designs.
  7. Manage relationships with external design agencies and contractors, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards.
  8. Work closely with the construction team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be executed efficiently.
  9. Oversee the procurement and installation of all design elements, ensuring that they meet brand standards and are of the highest quality.
  10. Train and mentor junior design team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  11. Monitor and track store design budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
  12. Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure that store designs are functional and practical for day-to-day operations.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the Starbucks brand and its values in all store design decisions.
  14. Continuously seek feedback from customers and partners to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  15. Stay organized and maintain thorough documentation of all store designs and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design, Architecture, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Store Design, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad, Sketchup, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
