Supply Chain Finance Manager (Evolution Fresh)

Lead all Evolution Fresh supply chain financial reporting and planning, including strategic long-term plan, annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts, ensuring plans are aligned with company business goals and objectives. Project manage all aspects of product cost and variances (MUV, PPV, manufacturing), including annual standard cost process and mid-year innovation/product updates in accordance with cost accounting principles. Ensures accuracy of financial reporting on manufacturing expenses, warehouse, distribution, freight, inventory and other supply chain costs. Lead financial process for weekly flash results, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, to include preparation, review and approval of entries during monthly close to support accurate and timely financial reporting, in compliance with accounting principles. Create and implements processes and tools used in financial controls and KPIs. Develops insightful dashboards and reports to drive action. Provides strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management. Provide financial leadership in capital and expense projects, business opportunities, contract analysis and cost savings, including active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
