This includes responding to customer inquiries and processing claims. The Claim Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and claim information.The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
