Claim Specialist

At State Farm, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Claim Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have impressive problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills that will be used to help customers and resolve their claims.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in insurance claims, preferably with a focus on property and casualty claims. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred but not required. Additionally, experience with claims management systems, such as ClaimCenter, is desired.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service and is able to take initiative and ownership of claims.
