Design and develop data infrastructure and analytics systems to support the company's data-driven approach.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing data systems to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Implement data models and pipelines to collect, process, and organize large and complex data sets.
Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and security.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
Create and maintain documentation for data infrastructure and analytics systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and tools, and propose new solutions to enhance data capabilities.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Work with data scientists and analysts to build scalable and efficient data solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems with existing business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to data governance and compliance policies.
Continuously monitor and optimize data processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Data Engineering And Analytics, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.
Knowledge Of Data Warehousing Concepts And Experience With Various Databases, Such As Sql Server, Oracle, And Hadoop.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Insights And Patterns.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Data Scientists, Analysts, And Other Teams To Deliver Impactful Solutions.
