  1. Provide coaching and support to agents in the field to ensure they are delivering exceptional service to customers.
  2. Utilize expertise in insurance to train and develop agents on industry best practices and State Farm policies and procedures.
  3. Serve as a leader and role model for agents, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Monitor agent performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
  5. Identify training needs and develop customized coaching plans for individual agents.
  6. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement new policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  7. Conduct on-site visits to observe and assess agent performance and provide hands-on coaching.
  8. Track and report on agent progress and performance to regional and corporate teams.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to ensure agents are properly trained and compliant.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Insurance Industry: A Field Implementation Coach At State Farm Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Products, Services, And Operations. This Experience Can Come From Working In Various Roles Within State Farm Or From A Similar Company.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Individuals At All Levels, Both Verbally And In Writing, Is Crucial For A Field Implementation Coach. They Will Be Responsible For Training And Coaching Employees, As Well As Providing Feedback And Updates To Management.
