Lead the development and implementation of data engineering solutions to support business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality data products.

Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure successful project completion.
Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Continuously evaluate and improve data engineering processes and procedures.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project development and implementation.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data engineering technologies.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Data Engineering And Data Management Tools, Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Sql Databases.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Engineers In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing And Etl Processes, As Well As Data Modeling And Data Governance Principles.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Such As Java, Python, And Scala, And Experience With Cloud Platforms, Such As Aws Or Azure.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
