Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a positive impact on the success of State Farm? We’re looking for a PA Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging their experience to help drive State Farm’s business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and interpret data. We’re looking for someone who can collaborate with business teams and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. If you have the qualifications we’re looking for and can bring new ideas to the table, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst and experience working with the State Farm technical environment. They will have a strong understanding of business process design and data analysis, the ability to work with cross functional teams, and excellent problem solving skills. The candidate should have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and the ability to easily transition between small, mid-sized, and large projects. Demonstrated experience with business requirements analysis, process documentation, and data modeling is essential. Finally, the candidate should have experience with system design, testing, and implementation.
