  1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the Illinois Northwest Sales Territory.

  3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure individual and team success.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork and encourages individual growth.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Set and achieve sales targets and goals for the team.
  9. Monitor and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to upper management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for the company.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or corrective action as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Leadership Position, Preferably In The Insurance Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Managing A Team, And Driving Business Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Industry: As A Leader In The Insurance Industry, State Farm Expects Their Sales Leader To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Insurance Products, Services, And Industry Trends. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Guiding The Team And Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Sales Leader Will Be Required To Communicate With A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Their Team, Clients, And Senior Management. They Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Resolve Conflicts.
