- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
- Apply adult learning principles to design and deliver engaging and interactive training materials.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address them.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and tools, such as ADDIE and e-learning authoring software, to create high-quality training materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with State Farm's branding and messaging.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.
- Collaborate with the talent management team to continuously improve and enhance the overall employee learning experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of training materials.
- Act as a subject matter expert on instructional design and training delivery, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Human Resources, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Management Or Instructional Design
