Job Description

If so, State Farm is seeking a Talent Management Analyst- Instructional Designer to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in instructional design to support our talent management initiatives and help drive the success of our organization. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in designing and delivering engaging training materials.   1. Develop and implement effective training programs that align with State Farm's talent management objectives.
  2. Utilize instructional design expertise to support various talent management initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and performance management.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  4. Apply adult learning principles to design and deliver engaging and interactive training materials.
  5. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop training plans to address them.
  6. Utilize various instructional design methodologies and tools, such as ADDIE and e-learning authoring software, to create high-quality training materials.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with State Farm's branding and messaging.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery.
  10. Collaborate with the talent management team to continuously improve and enhance the overall employee learning experience.
  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials.
  13. Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of training materials.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on instructional design and training delivery, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the organization through the development of effective training programs.
