Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.   1. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Behavioral Health Technicians.
  2. Ensure the highest quality of care for clients with behavioral health challenges.
  3. Train and mentor new Behavioral Health Technicians.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.
  5. Create and implement strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of the team.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  9. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  10. Display a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients and team members.
  11. Stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the behavioral health field.
  12. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
  13. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team.
  14. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  16. Represent the State of Arizona in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Supervisory Experience, Including Providing Guidance And Support To A Team Of Behavioral Health Technicians.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Related To Behavioral Health Services.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Families, And Other Professionals In A Compassionate And Culturally Sensitive Manner.
