  1. Conduct thorough and timely inspections of medical facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Review and analyze facility policies, procedures, and processes to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and guidelines related to medical facility licensing and compliance.
  4. Communicate with facility administrators and staff to educate them on compliance requirements and assist in implementing necessary changes.
  5. Document all inspection findings in a clear and concise manner and submit reports to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
  6. Investigate complaints and incidents related to medical facilities and take appropriate action to ensure compliance and patient safety.
  7. Collaborate with other state agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement new regulations and policies to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  8. Provide guidance and training to colleagues and stakeholders on compliance issues and best practices.
  9. Conduct regular follow-up inspections to ensure facilities are maintaining compliance.
  10. Participate in meetings and conferences to stay current on emerging compliance issues and best practices.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the state and medical facilities, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on compliance matters.
  12. Keep accurate and organized records of all inspections, reports, and correspondence.
  13. Make recommendations for improvements to the medical facility licensing process based on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  14. Prepare and present reports to management and regulatory agencies on compliance status and any identified areas for improvement.
  15. Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Specifically In Medical Facility Licensing.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Regulatory Bodies.

  • Certified In Healthcare Compliance (Chc) Or Other Relevant Compliance Certification.
