A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Conflict Resolution, Or Public Administration.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Dispute Resolution, Preferably In A Government Or Legal Setting.
Proven Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws Related To Conflict Resolution, Including Mediation And Arbitration.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Mediate And Resolve Complex Disputes Between Parties With Differing Viewpoints.
Certification In Mediation Or Arbitration From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Arbitration Association Or The Association For Conflict Resolution.
