  1. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including but not limited to recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
  2. Conduct interviews and assist with the recruitment and selection process for open positions within the organization.
  3. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
  5. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefit questions and concerns.
  8. Collaborate with management to identify and address employee training and development needs.
  9. Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
  10. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in human resources and make recommendations for improvements to current practices.
  12. Assist with the coordination of employee events and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and materials to employees.
  15. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by HR leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Generalist Capacity.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of An Organization.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Workload Effectively.
