  1. Assist attorneys with legal research and writing tasks.
  2. Attend and take notes during court proceedings, trials, and hearings.
  3. Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.

  5. Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies.
  6. Maintain organized and accurate case files.
  7. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.
  8. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve legal skills.
  11. Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  12. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  13. Follow all policies and procedures of the State of Arizona.
  14. Represent the State of Arizona in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Currently Enrolled In An Accredited Law School, With A Strong Academic Record.

  • Strong Research And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Legal Issues.

  • Familiarity With Arizona State Laws And Court Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Attorneys And Other Legal Staff.

  • Prior Experience In A Legal Setting, Such As A Law Firm Or Government Agency, Is Preferred.
