Knowledge And Experience In Building And Construction: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding And Experience In Building And Construction Methods, Materials, And Codes Related To Manufactured Housing.
Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Manufactured Housing, Including The Arizona Revised Statutes (Ars), The Federal Manufactured Housing Construction And Safety Standards (Hud Code), And The National Manufactured Housing Construction And Safety Standards (Nfpa 501).
Inspection And Auditing Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Thorough And Accurate Inspections And Audits Of Manufactured Housing Units, Including Knowledge Of Inspection Procedures, Documentation, And Reporting.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As The Role May Involve Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Including Homeowners, Manufacturers, Contractors, And Government Officials.
