- Promote and market park programs and events to increase community engagement and usage of facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to parks and recreation.
- Represent the state and parks and recreation department at public events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other park and recreation specialists and professionals to share resources and ideas.
- Continuously evaluate and assess park operations and make recommendations for improvements.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and community satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Parks And Recreation Management, Leisure Studies, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Park And Recreation Setting.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Parks And Recreation.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Diverse Populations.
Ability To Plan, Organize, And Implement Programs And Events For Park Visitors Of All Ages.
