- Provide technical support and guidance during disaster recovery operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of disaster recovery plans, procedures, and activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to disaster recovery and make recommendations for incorporating them into state protocols.
- Serve as a point of contact for external agencies and organizations during disaster recovery efforts, fostering positive relationships and effective partnerships.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to disaster recovery.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Disaster Recovery Planning And Implementation.
Proficiency In Disaster Recovery Tools And Technologies, Such As Backup And Recovery Software, Replication Technologies, And Virtualization.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations For Disaster Recovery And Business Continuity Planning.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues During A Disaster Situation.
