  1. Evaluate and analyze licensing programs to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.

  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to make recommendations for program improvements.
  4. Communicate with businesses and professionals to educate them on licensing requirements and promote compliance.
  5. Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
  6. Conduct audits and investigations to identify potential violations and take appropriate action.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  8. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in licensing data.
  9. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  11. Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills related to licensing and regulatory programs.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate efforts and ensure consistency in licensing programs.
  13. Serve as a resource for businesses, professionals, and the public regarding licensing requirements and procedures.
  14. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of licensing programs.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to licensing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Regulatory Or Licensing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Licensing And Enforcement.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Licensees, Other Government Agencies, And The Public.
