  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date criminal records for the State of Colorado.

  4. Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
  5. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other departments to gather and input necessary data.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: The Candidate Must Possess A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Be Considered For The Position Of Criminal Records Technician.

  • Knowledge Of Criminal Justice System: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Criminal Justice System And Its Processes, Including Knowledge Of Criminal Records Management And Data Entry.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Must Possess Exceptional Attention To Detail To Accurately Process And Maintain Criminal Records, Ensuring That All Information Is Entered Correctly And Maintained In Accordance With State And Federal Guidelines.

  • Computer Skills: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Computer Systems, Including Proficiency In Data Entry And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Law Enforcement Agencies, Court Personnel, And Other Relevant Parties Regarding Criminal Records And Information.
