As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to enhance the state's image and promote our mission.   1. Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the state's image and promote our mission.
  2. Oversee all branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
  3. Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and direction to achieve department goals.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop creative solutions to meet their objectives.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform branding and marketing strategies.
  6. Create and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of branding and marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
  9. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to branding and marketing, ensuring compliance in all initiatives.
  10. Represent the state of Colorado at events and conferences, promoting our brand and networking with industry professionals.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve branding and marketing strategies to ensure they align with the state's mission and goals.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate, promoting the state's image and values internally and externally.
  13. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute branding and marketing campaigns.
  14. Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners, fostering collaboration and support for branding and marketing initiatives.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential challenges or issues that may impact the state's brand and reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Creative And Brand Strategy At A Reputable Agency Or In-House At A Large Organization

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Creative And Brand Strategies For A Variety Of Industries And Target Audiences

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Leading And Directing A Team Of Creative And Brand Professionals

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Creative And Brand Strategy, As Well As Experience Implementing Innovative And Effective Campaigns.
