  1. Collaborate with team members to develop creative and engaging multimedia content ideas that align with the goals and vision of the State of Colorado.
  2. Use technical skills and creative abilities to produce high-quality visual and audio content, including videos, photographs, and graphics, that accurately represent the beauty and diversity of Colorado.
  3. Manage and oversee all aspects of the multimedia production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring that all content is delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and techniques in multimedia production, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the quality and impact of our content.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to accurately represent the various aspects of Colorado, such as its history, culture, and natural landscapes, in our multimedia productions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the content produced meets their needs and aligns with their messaging and branding.
  7. Coordinate and manage logistics for on-location shoots, including securing permits, equipment, and talent, to ensure a smooth and successful production.
  8. Edit and enhance audio and visual content, using industry-standard software and techniques, to create a polished and professional final product.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop a distribution strategy for the multimedia content, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the production process, including file management, project tracking, and budget management.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for the State of Colorado, representing our values and mission through all multimedia content produced.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Multimedia Production Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Multimedia Production, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Proficiency In Multimedia Software And Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, And Pro Tools.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
