We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Data Warehouse Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in transforming our data into actionable insights. As a senior member of our Business Intelligence team, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the state's data warehouse, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of our data.   1. Design and develop the state's data warehouse architecture, ensuring it meets the organization's needs and standards.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data in the data warehouse, and troubleshoot any data quality issues.
  5. Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data documentation for the data warehouse.
  6. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights in a user-friendly and understandable manner.
  7. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for improving data quality, efficiency, and performance of the data warehouse.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and data warehousing.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team, and assist with their professional development.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their requirements.
  11. Participate in project planning and estimation, and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  12. Adhere to data security and privacy policies to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks related to the data warehouse.
  14. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of data to improve processes and services.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Data Warehouses, Data Marts, And Etl Processes.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Database Programming, And Data Modeling.

  • Experience With Bi Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Cognos.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
